One of Sweden’s Top 100 Most Exciting Employers
The award is provided by Karriärföretagen who highlights Sweden’s most exciting employers for industry professionals to pursue their careers with.
Thousands of companies are nominated and the nominations comes from the companies’ own employees. Only 100 employers qualifies to get the award.
The Top 100 Most Exciting Employers award is assigned once a year to those companies that actively work towards developing their employees, improving their workplace and increasing their employees engagement.
The motivation to Tacton for receiving the award is;
With a growing focus on development, well-being and diversity within the organization, Tacton Systems has demonstrated a big commitment to its employees. A women’s network and the promotion of cultural differences is an acknowledgment of this at the same time as the company honors in-house training through various forums for knowledge sharing. Furthermore, it is noticeable that the employee health is on top of the company’s agenda. This takes form in a possibility of flexible working hours, and access to fitness facilities and health coaching. Tacton Systems are hereby designated as one of Sweden’s 100 Career Companies of 2016.
One of Sweden’s Super Companies 2014 and 2015
Tacton is, for the second year in a row, included in the Super list put together by the Swedish publication Veckans Affärer.This award, The Super companies (Superföretagen), is a cooperation between Bisnode and the Swedish business publication Veckans Affärer. The criteria to become a Super company is based on a model created by Bisnode. The model measures the economic quality and shows the company’s financial ability. The parameters used are: growth, profit, revenue, effectivity, capital structure and financing. Each company’s financial ability is compared to reference values based on other companies with similar size and in the same market segment.

Hermes Export Prize 2014
Tacton Systems has received the Hermes Export Prize for contributing to develop and strengthen Swedish export. The price was delivered by H.M. Crown Princess Victoria Bernadotte.
Since 1981, the Hermes Export Price has been distributed to Swedish companies who have presented a growing export performance. The criteria is to export products and services made in Sweden, to a variety of international markets and also demonstrate a positive economic development.
Besides the honor, the prize consists of a bronze statuette by the renowned Swedish artist Thomas Qvarsebo.
DI Gasell 2012, 2013 and 2014
Each year the Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri selects the country’s most growing companies for the award DI Gasell. Less than 0,5% of all companies Sweden meet the criteria that are needed to become a Gasell.
Tacton Systems has had continuous growth during 2012 and was during 2013 elected to Gasell for the second year.The criteria for becoming a Gazelle is based on the four most recent financial statements and includes an annual turnover exceeding 10 million SEK, to have at least doubled the company’s sales from the first to the last financial year (over the last 4 years) and that growth has essentially been organic and not grown through acquisitions or mergers.
