Tacton implementations have received high profile awards

• Industry analyst The Aberdeen Group has selected the Tacton ”Pocket SolveIT” system at Ericsson for their report ”What Works in Europe: Ten Success Stories in Customer Relationship Management.”

• “Excellence Award” from British Telecom for the Ericsson UK web ordering system, which is based on IBM WebSphere with Tacton powering the build-to-order capability. According to British Telecom, the solution is ”a world-class, anytime, anywhere, on-line ordering and tracking system.“

• In December 2005, Tacton was selected as a finalist for the IBM PartnerWorld Beacon Awards for “Best Industry Optimized Solution.” According to the Beacon Award judges, “The Tacton Configurator is an excellent niche solution, allowing the unique capability for build-to-order products with the help of an innovative mix of IBM products.”
