Jan Radzey, Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy & Marketing, age 38, started working for Wilo in 2000 as a Bachelor of Arts Student. After his studies, he started his career at Wilo covering various fields on both the product side in the market segments and on the sales side in Group Customer Excellence. In 2016, he took over the responsibility of the strategic part in the company, leading Corporate Strategy & Marketing.

Ola Reppling once had a real job in manufacturing but has spent most of his career as a consultant helping global manufacturing companies optimize their value chain. As a Director of Business Development for Microsoft, he continues to support global manufacturing companies in their effort to become more competitive through digital transformation. The difference is that he now works for the company that provides the platform and tools that enable full digital transformation.

Ola has an M.Sc. in IT and M.Sc. in Business and before joining Microsoft he was with Telia, PwC, Capacent, Atlas Copco and McKinsey & Co.
