Stockholm – Oct 12, 2016 Tacton Systems today announced that Alimak Group, the world’s leading supplier of vertical access equipment, has selected Tacton to deliver a CPQ – Configure, Price Quote solution to upgrade and streamline their sales process.
Alimak supplies elevators, hoists and work platforms, primarily for the construction and industrial sectors. The company, known across the industry for its strong safety record and high quality products, has sales, services and distribution operations covering more than 90 countries.

Alimak needed to replace its existing CPQ solution as it was no longer supported by the vendor and provided less efficient support to the expanded global product portfolio. Following a comprehensive evaluation process, the company decided Tacton was the best fit for Alimak’s future business needs. The implementation is now underway and go-live is planned for the beginning of 2017.
