This course expands on the basics of using the API for Direct Sales introduced in the Tacton CPQ Application Configuration course. Learners will gain a better understanding of the API for Direct Sales, learn how to create, update, copy and remove object instances in CPQ using the API and how to use some Postman specific features.

The API for Direct Sales contains a REST API providing access to objects in Tacton CPQ as well as some complementing API:s for more specific tasks. The Object API is the focus of the course. It grants us access to similar actions as a user would have in a browser when viewing objects in a connected environment.
