Tacton Product Support

Our responsive and knowledgeable Product Support team provides support for our standard products to direct customers and partners. The team can be reached via our support platform Tacton Support System (TSS) (accessible inside Tacton Customer Portal), where you can ask questions, report incidents, add service requests, and/or suggest enhancements to a standard product.

We’re Always Ready to Answer Your Questions

The Tacton Product Support team acts as second-line support and a single point of contact (SPOC) for all cases reported by our customers’ named support users. Depending on the support case, the Support Case Owner then initiates collaboration with other parts of the company, for the Support Case to be resolved in the best possible way. Product support is included in the license or the subscription fee, depending on the product and agreement.

Tacton Academy

Tacton Product Support has a close collaboration with the Academy department. Tacton Academy training courses equip you and your team with the necessary knowledge to successfully set up and maintain your Tacton solution. The department has traditional classroom courses as well as e-learning and remote courses.
