Master Services Agreement
The Customer Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is the overarching agreement governing all services provided by Tacton. In addition to the MSA, there are service-specific schedules that apply to certain offerings.
Software as a Service (SaaS) Schedule
The SaaS Schedule governs the Customer’s use of the Tacton CPQ SaaS offering. It forms part of, and is subject to, the terms and conditions of the MSA.

The Project Services Schedule and Price List govern the provision of project and professional services by Tacton to the Customer. This Schedule forms part of, and is subject to, the terms and conditions of the MSA.
