The major demand at Gerhard Schubert GmbH is speedy and simply verified generation of a 3D parts list, and presentation of these data in a consistent front-to-end process. Supported by Lino® 3D layout, based on SOLIDWORKS and TactonWorks, engineers and sales people will in future be able to generate realistic 3D floor plans for complex Schubert packaging machines. 3D floor plans, created to produce proposals, can be used by engineers when a contract is placed to compose and review their results. At the press of a button simplified sales models can be exchanged for detailed SOLIDWORKS 3D models.
