Stockholm, Sweden – July 12, 2017 – Tacton Systems, a leading global supplier of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Design Automation solutions, today announced the acquisition of Ventacor GmbH and a new managerial appointment in the DACH region.
Tacton is strengthening its position in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as it pursues its internationalization strategy with a local approach to key markets.
The company today announces the acquisition of Ventacor GmbH to strengthen its position in the DACH region and on the global market.
Based in Bochum, Germany, Ventacor is a Tacton partner and reseller that provides sales, consulting and implementation services for Tacton’s sales and product configuration solutions. Ventacor brings many years of experience in advanced configuration, digital transformation and CPQ as well as a profound understanding of the manufacturing market in the DACH region.

In addition to the acquisition of Ventacor, the company today announces the successful completion of its rebranding process for Lumo Graphics GmbH, based in Karlsruhe, Germany, following Tacton’s acquisition of the company in November 2016. The company is now fully integrated and will continue under the name Tacton Systems GmbH.
To mark this occasion and ensure a smooth transition, Tacton is appointing Ewa Johansson as Managing Director DACH. Johansson previously held a sales manager position at Tacton’s Swedish headquarters. She brings more than 20 years of industry leadership to her new role, as well as experience in global B2B sales and marketing. Johansson has also managed divisions of Swedish companies in Germany and will now be based out of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Tacton erweitert globale Präsenz mit neuer Akquisition und Ernennung neuer Führungskräfte
Stockholm, Schweden – 12. Juli 2017 – Tacton Systems, ein Weltmarktführer in den Bereichen Configure Price Quote (CPQ) und Designautomatisierungslösen hat heute die Übernahme der Ventacor GmbH und die Ernennung neuer Führungskräfte in der DACH-Region bekannt gegeben.
Tacton stärkt damit seine Position in der DACH-Region (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz) und untermauert seine Internationalisierungsstrategie mit maßgeschneiderten Konzepten für lokale Märkte.
Das Unternehmen hat heute die Übernahme der Ventacor GmbH bekanntgegeben, die dabei helfen soll, die Position von Tacton in der DACH-Region und auf dem Weltmarkt weiter zu verbessern.
Der Tacton-Partner und -Reseller Ventacor ist in Bochum ansässig und bietet Sales-, Consulting- und Implementierungsservices für Tactons Vertriebs- und Konfigurationslösungen. Ventacor verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung bei komplexen Konfigurationen, digitaler Transformation und CPQ sowie eine tiefgreifende Kenntnis des Manufacturing-Marktes in der DACH-Region.

Neben der Akquisition von Ventacor wurde heute auch der erfolgreiche Abschluss des Rebranding-Prozesses für Lumo Graphics GmbH (Karlsruhe) bekannt gegeben. Tacton hatte Lumo Graphics im November 2016 übernommen. Nach der nun abgeschlossenen Integration firmiert Lumo künftig unter dem Namen Tacton Systems GmbH.
Um in diesem Zusammenhang einen reibungslosen Übergang zu gewährleisten, hat Tacton Ewa Johansson zur Managing Director DACH ernannt. Johansson war zuvor als Sales Manager in der schwedischen Zentrale von Tacton tätig. Als Qualifikation für ihre neue Rolle bringt sie mehr als 20 Jahre Branchenerfahrung sowie umfassende Kenntnis in globalem B2B-Vertrieb und -Marketing mit. Ewa Johansson leitete darüber hinaus deutsche Niederlassungen anderer schwedischer Unternehmen. Sie arbeitet zukünftig von Karlsruhe aus.
